Position Summary

An established acute care facility in Cleburne, TX is seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time contract assignment. This role is ideal for a PT professional aiming to broaden their clinical experience in a collaborative and patient-centered hospital environment.

Assignment Information

• Location: Cleburne, TX
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekend Coverage: 1–2 weekends per month (Saturday–Sunday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; varies with patient volume)
• Setting: Primarily inpatient acute care, with occasional outpatient support as needed

Compensation

• Weekly Pay Range: $1,800 – $2,100

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services in the following hospital units:
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Medical/Surgical Units
• Emergency Department
• Conduct weekend evaluations and treatments, particularly for orthopedic and neurological patients
• Document patient progress and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team
• Offer outpatient therapy assistance depending on facility needs

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Texas, or ability to obtain prior to start
• At least one year of experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic care setting
