Job Title: Healthcare Spanish Call Center Representative
Location: New York, NY 10004
Duration: 2+ Months Contract (High potential for extension)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $23 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Call Center Representative to join a fast-paced healthcare support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound patient communications related to clinic appointments, maintaining schedules, and supporting various administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who thrives in a healthcare setting.
Schedule and reschedule patient clinic appointments
Place reminder calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments
Manage high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
Make overhead announcements and communicate via internal paging systems
Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
Provide courteous and professional customer service
Complete other administrative tasks as assigned
Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, payroll, or timekeeping environment
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
