Job Title: Radiologic Technologist – Radiographer
Location: Brooklyn, NY , Jamaica, NY & Elmhurst, NY
Schedule: Full-Time | 5 Days/Week | 8 Hours/Day | 40 Hours/Week
A healthcare facility is seeking a Radiologic Technologist – Radiographer to join its diagnostic imaging team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of general radiography experience and possess the appropriate New York State licensure. This is a full-time position offering consistent hours and the opportunity to work in a supportive clinical environment.
Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders
Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
Operate radiographic equipment and maintain quality control standards
Maintain accurate records and proper documentation of procedures
Follow radiation protection guidelines and infection control protocols
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Minimum of 1 year of general radiography experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent patient care
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Valid New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) license as a Radiologic Technologist – Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – Preferred
