Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist
Location: Neptune, NJ 07754
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 3x12-hour shifts per week
Duration: 13 Weeks (with high potential for extension)

Pay: $2,200 per week

Position Overview: A healthcare facility in Neptune, NJ is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist to join its team on a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing comprehensive respiratory care and possess the ability to adapt in a fast-paced hospital environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, managing ventilator care, and providing essential education and support to patients and their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy under medical direction, including treatment, diagnostic evaluation, and patient education.
• Assist with intubations and manage ventilator set-up and maintenance.
• Assess patient needs through thorough evaluation, testing, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Deliver patient- and caregiver-focused education to support treatment goals.
• Foster effective communication and teamwork within the care team.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation of care provided.
• Participate in departmental projects and comply with all organizational standards and safety protocols.
• Physical requirements: Must be able to lift at least 5 lbs., push/pull a minimum of 5 lbs., and stand for at least 1 hour per day.

Required Certifications and Licensure:

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA)
