Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse – ICU
Location: Hyannis, MA
Schedule: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Pay: $2,482 Weekly (Includes Stipend)
Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Massachusetts (or compact license as applicable)
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in ICU and/or CVICU
BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA-approved)
Strong critical thinking, clinical decision-making, and communication skills
Ability to float confidently and competently between ICU and CVICU units
Willingness to work every other weekend and rotating holidays
Deliver direct, patient-centered nursing care in ICU and CVICU settings using the nursing process
Assess, monitor, and treat patients with critical and complex conditions, including respiratory, cardiac, and multi-organ system issues
Administer medications, manage ventilators, titrate vasoactive drips, and respond to code situations as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Float between ICU and CVICU as required by staffing and patient acuity
Accurately document patient care activities, interventions, and responses per hospital policy
Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe, clean clinical environment
Participate in shift handoffs, team huddles, and care planning meetings
Ensure compliance with hospital regulations and HIPAA/privacy requirements
