Shift: Evening/Night
Schedule: 36 hours per week (3 x 12-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $55 – $60/hour (Travel Contract)

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to adult patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit

• Continuously monitor and respond to changes in cardiac rhythms

• Assess patient conditions, document findings, and participate in care planning

• Administer medications, manage IVs, and provide wound care as needed

• Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and allied health professionals

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)

• Support safe and effective patient transitions and discharges

Required Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (MA or Compact)

• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience

• Previous travel nursing experience – Required

• Strong critical thinking, telemetry interpretation, and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
