Job Title: RN – Emergency Department (ED) Main 
Location: Cincinnati, OH 45219 
Pay Rate: $45 – $48/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview 

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department (ED) Main team. This position involves providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The RN will use clinical expertise and judgment to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide patient care using specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills 

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team 

• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards of care 

• Participate in the ongoing professional development and continuing education 

• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet patient and team needs in a fast-paced setting 

Qualifications 

Experience: 

• Minimum of 2 years of adult Emergency Department experience required 

• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments 

Education & Certification: 

• Required: 

• Diploma of Nursing 

• Ohio RN License or Compact 

• BLS Certification (American Heart Association) 

• Preferred: 

• BSN
