Job Title: RN – Joint & Spine Center/Musculoskeletal 
Location: Cincinnati, OH 45219 
Pay Rate: $45 – $48/hour (based on experience) 
Contract Duration: 8 Weeks 
Shift: Multiple Shifts available 

Position Overview 

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Joint & Spine Center/Musculoskeletal 4-5 team. In this role, you will provide specialized care to patients undergoing orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will apply clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring adherence to professional standards and ethical practices. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver specialized nursing care for patients undergoing orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures 

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes 

• Uphold patient confidentiality and follow professional ethical guidelines 

• Participate in continuing education and maintain professional development 

• Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting the diverse needs of patients 

Qualifications 

Experience: 

• Minimum of 2 years acute medical-surgical experience (within the last 5 years) 

• Preferred: Experience with Epic electronic health records (EHR) 

• Prior experience in orthopedic or neurosurgical nursing is preferred 

Education & Certification: 

• Required: 

• Diploma in Nursing 

• Ohio RN License or Compact 

• BLS Certification (American Heart Association) 

• Preferred: 

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
