Job Title: Registered Nurse – Cardiothoracic Operating Room (CTOR)

Location: Cincinnati, OH 45219
Pay Rate: $55 – $58/hour
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Multiple Shifts Available

Position Summary:
We are hiring an experienced CTOR Registered Nurse to assist in high-risk cardiothoracic surgeries including thoracotomies, lung resections, and esophagectomies. The nurse will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perfusionists to deliver safe and efficient intraoperative care in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications:
Required:

Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Active Ohio RN License (or compact license)
BLS Certification (AHA)
Demonstrated OR experience in cardiothoracic procedures

Critical thinking and strong team collaboration skills
