Job Title: MRI Technologist
Location: Cincinnati, OH 45219
Pay Rate: $50 – $52/hour (based on experience)
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Multiple Shifts available
Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced MRI Technologist to produce high-quality magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans. This role involves working closely with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses, all while prioritizing patient comfort and MRI safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures in compliance with physician orders
• Screen patients for MRI safety and educate them on procedure expectations
• Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment, coordinating with clinical engineers as needed
• Ensure timely documentation and reporting through PACS and EHR systems
• Participate in quality control, equipment checks, and accreditation preparation
Qualifications
Experience:
• 1+ year of MRI experience preferred
• Strong understanding of cross-sectional anatomy
Education & Certification:
• Graduation from an ARRT-accredited Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT Certification in Radiography and MRI (Required)
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
