Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team for a 9-week assignment in Merrillville, IN. This role focuses on treating work-related injuries and promoting health, wellness, and preventative care. The ideal candidate will bring strong orthopedic and manual therapy skills, along with a passion for patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage movement dysfunctions and enhance physical and functional abilities
Restore, maintain, and promote physical function, overall wellness, and quality of life
Prevent the onset and progression of impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities
Plan, prepare, and perform individualized treatment programs
Identify and document goals, anticipated progress, and reevaluation plans
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 years' experience in outpatient/general orthopedic physical therapy
Active Physical Therapist license (in good standing)
Strong manual therapy and orthopedic skills preferred
Excellent communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making abilities
Committed to quality care and making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes
