Job Title: Registered Nurse – ICU

Schedule: 3 Days/Week | 11.5 Hours/Day | 34.5 Hours/Week
Pay Range: $60 to $64/hr
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to provide top-tier care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a contract position open to both local and travel nurses.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Monitor and document vital signs and changes in patient conditions.
Administer medications and perform interventions including conscious sedation.
Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy procedures.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital protocols.
Respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience.
Proficiency in IV insertion, blood draws, and administering conscious sedation.
Education & Certifications:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s preferred).
Active RN license in the State of New York (Primary Source Verification required).
Required Certifications:
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Preferred: Phlebotomy Certification
