Schedule: Part-Time Evenings | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Every Other Weekend & Holiday
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a part-time contract opportunity in Montour Falls, NY. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care in a structured healthcare environment during evening shifts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working every other weekend and holiday and possess a strong clinical foundation with a team-oriented mindset.
Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of RNs and physicians
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient health and respond to changes in condition
Accurately document care provided and patient responses
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility protocols
Active and unencumbered LPN or LVN license in the State of New York
Minimum of 2 years of recent LPN/LVN experience in a clinical setting
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
