Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (Night Shift)
Location: Hot Springs, SD
Pay Rate: $40 – $45 per hour

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) team in Hot Springs, SD. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents in accordance with individualized care plans
Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to appropriate healthcare personnel
Assist with activities of daily living and provide compassionate support to residents
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes
Document care provided and resident responses in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure adherence to all facility, state, and federal regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered LPN license (South Dakota or compact state)
BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or similar setting preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach with attention to detail
