Job Title: Precision Oncology Commercial Engagement Lead

Pay Rate: $48/hr - $64/hr on W2
Location: Rahway, NJ 07065 (3 days onsite required)
Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary:
Join a dynamic team advancing the commercial success of next-generation precision oncology assets. In this role, you’ll lead stakeholder alignment activities and manage key marketing initiatives that ensure readiness and collaboration across global, regional, and local markets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee project management structures for new oncology launches
• Facilitate cross-market stakeholder alignment and ensure timely execution of GRL activities
• Track progress of global marketing deliverables including market readiness and educational materials
• Support development of precision medicine integration plans into broader launch strategies
• Provide regular reporting and communication to global leadership and partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences background or Master’s degree preferred
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical commercial strategy, marketing operations, or product launch
• Strong oncology and/or diagnostics experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Capable of handling ambiguity and shifting priorities within fast-paced environments
