Job Title: Oncology Commercial Operations Program Manager

Pay Rate: $48/hr - $64/hr on W2
Location: Rahway, NJ 07065 (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: 12 Months

Role Summary:
This role supports the global commercialization of pipeline oncology therapies. You will coordinate cross-functional operations and planning activities while maintaining structured governance for launch readiness. Ideal for a candidate with strong program execution expertise within oncology-focused pharmaceutical environments.

Core Duties:

Drive the execution of cross-functional brand planning and commercial operations timelines
Establish governance and cadence for Oncology New Product launch preparedness
Manage GRL (Global-Regional-Local) engagement calendar and process optimization efforts
Track budget alignment and milestone completions across workstreams
Facilitate communication between global teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Skills & Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
7+ years in pharma operations or commercial project management
Previous experience supporting oncology product launches
Ability to influence without authority and manage cross-functional teams
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual collaboration platforms
