Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technician / CT Technician – Oncology
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5x8s, 40 hours/week)
We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine / CT Technician with a strong background in oncology imaging to join a dynamic healthcare team on a contract basis. This role involves performing both general nuclear medicine and PET/CT procedures, alongside diagnostic CT scans, in a patient-focused environment. Candidates must be proficient in cross-modality imaging and uphold high standards of care and safety.
Perform a variety of nuclear medicine imaging procedures, including PET/CT.
Execute diagnostic CT scans in conjunction with PET imaging.
Uphold radiation safety and infection control protocols to ensure patient and staff safety.
Adhere to quality control procedures and maintain accurate exam data.
Document imaging procedures and maintain workflow standards.
Collaborate effectively with radiologists, oncologists, and other clinical team members to deliver optimal care.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in both Nuclear Medicine and CT imaging.
Certified by one or more of the following:
CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist)
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
Advanced CT licensure
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required.
Must be cross-trained in both Nuclear Medicine and CT.
Prior experience with oncology imaging strongly preferred.
