Job Description:
Join a dynamic Oncology-focused team as a Marketing Project Coordinator supporting the growth of our Precision Medicine strategy. This role offers the opportunity to work within a large pharmaceutical organization, interfacing with commercial, clinical, and diagnostic teams to drive forward patient-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal operations and timelines across multiple initiatives in the precision medicine space.
• Manage execution of marketing deliverables including tracking, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Assist in the planning and documentation of cross-functional meetings, follow-ups, and alignment discussions.
• Support external partnerships with diagnostic vendors and other collaborators.
• Contribute to development of key program updates, dashboards, and executive presentations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting commercial or marketing operations in pharma.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools for project and content management.
• Prior experience in oncology, diagnostics, or biomarker initiatives is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Executive administrative skills and familiarity with regulatory/promotional content workflows a plus
