Title: Technical Operations Associate Engineer – II

Rate: $41/hr on W2
Duration: 12 months
Location: West Point, PA
Schedule: Full-time, onsite for training; hybrid model afterward (3 days onsite)

Job Description:
The Technical Operations Associate Engineer will support the sterile manufacturing operations by ensuring robust process support, quality compliance, and accurate technical documentation. The role requires effective communication, analytical problem solving, and collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Author and revise GMP-compliant technical documents
• Provide on-floor support during production batches, investigations, and process deviations
• Participate in audits, risk assessments, and inspection readiness initiatives
• Support equipment validation and qualification efforts
• Work on improvement projects aligned with regulatory expectations and site KPIs

Basic Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
• 2–4 years’ industry experience; GMP manufacturing preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated understanding of compliance documentation lifecycle

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to sterile/aseptic processing or vaccine manufacturing
• Experience with quality systems (e.g., TrackWise, Veeva)
