Job Description:

This position is responsible for overseeing and maintaining accurate inventory records, reconciling discrepancies, and assisting in the improvement of inventory processes across multiple warehouse locations. The specialist will collaborate with procurement, shipping/receiving, and operations teams to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and audit inventory data in SAP and legacy systems.
• Identify and reconcile inventory discrepancies; initiate cycle counts as needed.
• Prepare reports on stock levels, usage trends, and variances.
• Collaborate with procurement to align purchasing with actual stock usage.
• Assist in developing procedures to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: 3+ years in inventory or supply chain coordination
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Outlook and SAP preferred
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication
