Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Assistant

📍 Location: Springdale, AR – 72764
🕒 Duration: 3 Months (Extension Possible)
🔄 Shift: 40 Hrs per week

Overview:

• Entry-level opportunity supporting inbound and outbound freight scheduling within the broader supply chain department.
• Partner with dispatch and logistics teams to manage shipment visibility, resolve exceptions, and maintain service performance.
• Hands-on training across load planning, carrier coordination, and weekend dispatch responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS: be able to work a varying work schedule.

EDUCATION: Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• 6 months of long-haul dispatch experience required.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations a plus.

COMPUTER SKILLS: Requires basic computer skills such as e-mail excel word.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Good verbal and written communication skills.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Motivated self-starter who has the desire to learn and the ability to lead and motivate others.
