Position: Time and Attendance Administrator

Location: Alexandria, KY 41001

Duration:  03+ Months

Shift timing:  Monday – Friday | 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay rate: $19 -21/hr. on W2

Job Description:

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide process and transactional support for Finance.
  • This position will perform a variety of functions including the preparation of reports and the maintaining the integrity of the No Fault Point System. 
  • The Administrator must be able to use data bases and spreadsheet for data analysis. 
  • This role will run reports out of various HR systems (Work Day and Kronos), pass out and account for disciplines that are given to the TM’s.   
  • The role scans and files documents electronically.  The Administrator will have the opportunity to work with all departments and levels of leadership in a collaborative team based environment. 
  • The administrator will answer question from TM’s .
  • The ability to be self-sufficient and self-directed are a key to success in this position.  
  • Time & Attendance clerks are responsible for with the tracking of light duty, assisting HR with the attendance policies, filing and other assigned duties.  
  • T&A provides plant supervisors with the paperwork they need to document needed changes to their team.  
  • Liaise with the HR department to ensure accurate information.  
  • Utilize computer software for data entry and accounts management.
  • File relevant reports and documents as needed.  

Experience:

  • 2-3 Office Experience, Time, and Attendance Experience.

Software:

  • 1-3 years’ experience Kronos, Excel, Workday

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Maintain personal and confidential information for various Team Members

Computer Skills:

  • Applicants must have a working knowledge of a personal computer and a high proficiency on Excel worksheets.

Special Skills:

  • 10-key preferred

Communication:

  • Strong communication skills a must. 
  • Work with various supervisors daily.

Organizational:

  • Good organizational skills and an eye for details a must.
  • Verify employee records and consult departments in the event of a discrepancy.
