We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support surgical procedures in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role is essential for providing safe, efficient, and professional support to clinicians and patients during surgeries.
Escort patients to surgical chairs and perform pre-op screenings
Review medical records to verify treatment plans and documentation
Provide four-handed chairside assistance to clinicians throughout procedures
Prepare and organize sterile surgical trays, instruments, and equipment
Clean, disinfect, and maintain operatory areas and instruments
Take radiographs before, during, and after procedures as needed
Monitor vital signs and assist with suction, instrument handling, and medication delivery
Remove instruments post-surgery and dispose of biohazard materials safely
Maintain inventory and restock surgical areas with necessary supplies
Respond to medical emergencies promptly and professionally
✅ Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
✅ Basic Life Support (BLS) or Heart Saver certification
✅ Associate’s Degree required
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✅ Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure environments
