Position Overview:

A dynamic technology team is seeking an experienced ETL Developer III with no less than 10 years of IT experience to lead PowerShell automation and SQL Server-based integrations. This is a highly hands-on role focused on building and documenting complex automation environments, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality, maintainable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage PowerShell scripts across 60+ workflows and automation tasks

  • Design and optimize SQL Server databases including stored procedures, query tuning, and schema modeling

  • Create, manage, and enhance SSIS packages to support reliable and scalable ETL processes

  • Contribute to backend application development, integration, and automation enablement using platforms like .NET or C#

  • Mentor team members on development best practices and system architecture

  • Lead the creation of technical documentation including:

    • Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs)

    • Workflow maps and dependency charts for PowerShell automation

    • System design documentation, deployment guides, and runbooks

  • Promote standardized documentation practices for long-term scalability and supportability

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with a focus on enterprise systems

  • Proven expertise in PowerShell scripting for infrastructure and automation

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL Server, including T-SQL, ERD design, and performance tuning

  • Strong experience with SSIS and ETL pipeline architecture

  • Solid background in application development (.NET, C#, or similar)

  • Exceptional technical documentation and reverse-engineering skills

  • Strong mentoring, collaboration, and communication abilities
