Responsibilities:
Implement treatment interventions in a manual therapy, evidence based practice clinic and adapted and modified plan of care as needed
All documentation and coding requirements for various insurance programs were maintained in a timely manner
Provided education to patients regarding diagnosis, relevant anatomy, and physiology and benefits to be expected from physical therapy interventions.
Screening, examination and evaluation of patients, including history, systems review, application of appropriate tests and measures and interpretation of examination findings to establish a diagnosis.
