We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our agile development team in supporting and enhancing Salesforce-based applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and API integrations.
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, OmniStudio (OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptors), and integration tools.
Support the transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, analysts, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
Develop and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Create and maintain technical documentation and participate in agile ceremonies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
7+ years of Salesforce development experience including LWC and OmniStudio.
Proficient in: Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Flows, Triggers, Reports & Dashboards.
Experience with asynchronous processing (Platform Events, Async Apex, Queueable Apex).
Hands-on with Experience Cloud and OmniStudio deployment tools (IDX Workbench, VBT, Salesforce CLI).
Strong background in Salesforce API integrations and real-time data processing.
Must hold Salesforce Platform Developer I, II, and OmniStudio Developer certifications.
CI/CD experience and knowledge of GitHub/Bitbucket version control.
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) is a plus.
Experience in Agile environments.
Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms.
Background in K-12 education domain is a plus.
