Job Title: Salesforce Architect
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – Must be within 2 hours for on-site work)

Pay Rate: $90–$95/hr
Job Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and development of Salesforce-based solutions for a large-scale public sector organization. This role involves working on modernizing legacy systems, leading system integrations, and creating scalable, innovative solutions that align with business goals.
What You'll Do:
Design and oversee Salesforce architecture and solutions
Lead system integrations and legacy modernization projects
Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Guide development teams and ensure best practices are followed
Conduct performance reviews and system audits
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and suggest improvements
Support change management and platform adoption
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of Salesforce architecture and implementation experience
Expertise in enterprise system integrations and API design
Strong knowledge of Salesforce features, including Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
Skilled in data modeling, security, and SSO
Experience working in Agile teams
Active Salesforce certifications
