Pay Rate: $55 – $60 per hour
Schedule:

• Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient team in Merrillville, IN. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in general orthopedics and manual therapy, who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a trusted wellness program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Apply manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with team members to ensure coordinated and effective care
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and rehabilitation goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinic protocols

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Indiana
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient/general orthopedic physical therapy
• Strong manual therapy skills and orthopedic knowledge preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient education skills
