Clinical Pathology Laboratory Technician

Qualifications:

• Must have NYS license/eligibility to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist.
• Ability to distinguish color variations in specimens.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in a clinical pathology setting.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.

Duties:

• Perform diagnostic testing in pathology labs.
• Enter and analyze patient data using laboratory computer systems.
• Ensure compliance with all quality control standards.
• Conduct equipment maintenance and minor troubleshooting.
• Follow strict patient confidentiality guidelines.
