Neurosurgery OR Technician

Qualifications:

BLS certification required.
Minimum of 3 years of neurosurgical operating room experience.
Scrub experience in craniotomies, spinal surgeries, and complex neurosurgical cases.
Certified Surgical Technology certification required.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Must pass pre-employment health clearance.

Duties:

Assist neurosurgeons in high-risk procedures by ensuring proper instrumentation.
Maintain sterile fields and infection control measures.
Support surgical teams with precision and efficiency.
Set up operating rooms for neurosurgical cases.
Provide technical expertise in neurosurgery instrumentation and procedures.
