Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant – Outpatient Care 

Location: Forrest City, AR 
Shift: Monday – Friday 

• Monday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM 

• Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM 

• Friday: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM 

Job Summary: 
Seeking an experienced and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join a collaborative healthcare team. This role involves a mix of administrative and clinical responsibilities, including patient prep, documentation, and assisting providers during outpatient visits. A strong background in phlebotomy is essential. 

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare patients for exams and procedures 

• Manage front desk tasks including check-ins and appointment scheduling 

• Perform blood draws and handle specimen processing 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records 

• Support primary care providers during clinical procedures 

Qualifications: 

• 2–3 years of experience in a clinical healthcare setting 

• CPR/BLS certification 

• Proficiency in EMR systems and basic medical terminology 

• Proven experience with phlebotomy
