Position - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Evening Shift

Location: Montour Falls, NY 14865

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay rate $25/h on w2.

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team on an 8-week contract. This role involves providing essential care and support to residents while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and any changes in patient conditions.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and repositioning, to ensure resident comfort and safety.
• Support nursing staff with medical procedures and care tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring infection control protocols are followed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to residents, promoting their overall well-being.
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and state regulations.

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in the state of New York.
• Minimum of 2 years of CNA experience .
• BLS, Covid card .
• Ability to work the assigned evening shift and follow the required scheduling structure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
