Job Title: Account Resolution Specialist

Duties:

• Conduct thorough reviews of patient accounts to identify and resolve claim issues.
• Process pre-authorizations and manage claim corrections for timely resubmissions.
• Post payments and adjustments, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and analyze aging reports for patient and insurance balances, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Handle patient billing inquiries and arrange payment schedules.
• Escalate unresolved matters to supervisors and participate in workflow improvements.

Skills Required:

• Experience with claim audits, billing systems, and customer interactions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Multilingual proficiency (English, Spanish, French preferred).

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or High School diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience.

Stipend:

• Weekly: $1,450 - $2,000
• Monthly: $5,800 - $8,000
