We are seeking a Project Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and project support to the Chief Information Office (CIO) in a dynamic IT environment. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to coordinate essential activities, manage administrative tasks, and support executive IT management.
Manage and coordinate daily administrative and operational tasks.
Support IT executive management with meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and follow-ups.
Conduct data research and analysis, preparing reports, charts, and presentations.
Serve as a liaison for IT safety and facilities issues within the Quincy office.
Maintain calendars and provide backup support for CIO scheduling.
Track and manage H1B letter requests and liaise with the legal department.
Maintain an organized document management system for IT projects and meetings.
Assist with office supply management and ensure adherence to company policies.
Support remote work requirements, ensuring a distraction-free work environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience with IT processes and project coordination is a plus.
Knowledge of data visualization tools (charts, graphs, pivot tables).
Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
Prior experience in project coordination or administrative roles preferred.
