Behavioral Health Technician

Job Summary: Supports patients in mental health facilities by assisting with therapeutic activities, monitoring patient behavior, and ensuring safety.

Essential Duties:

Observe and document patient behavior and responses to treatment.
Assist in implementing care plans and therapeutic interventions.
Monitor patients during group and individual therapy sessions.
Support patients with daily activities and personal care as needed.
