RN – Chart Review (Foreign Medical Graduate) – Day Shift
Location: Healthcare Facilities across NYC (Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens)
Pay Rate: $65 - $67 per hour

Responsibilities:

Perform detailed chart reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to medical guidelines.
Identify discrepancies in documentation and work with healthcare providers to resolve them.
Analyze medical records to support quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in medical chart review or related healthcare field.
Foreign Medical Graduate (FMG) qualification required.
