Distribution Specialist

Job Summary:

The Distribution Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders from the Client Consolidated Service Center (CSC) to acute care hospitals and other entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders using Warehouse Management System (WMS), robotics, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other electric material handling equipment.
• Sort and scan orders, preparing them for shipment.
• Use Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) for low unit of measure (LUM) order picking.
• Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and resolve shipment issues.
• Prepare, shrink-wrap, and load pallets onto delivery trucks.
• Maintain safety standards and follow all operational guidelines.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Logistics, and Transportation teams to address order-related concerns.
• May require overtime and/or weekend shifts.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

Experience:

• 1+ year of order fulfillment experience required
• Prior experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE
  Skills:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Bonus: MHE certification preferred
