Job Title: Radiologic Technologist – CT 
Location: Healthcare Facilities across NJ, NY & Upstate NY 
Schedule: 30 hours per week (4 days per week, 7.5-hour shifts) 

Pay Range: From $3150/Week 

Job Summary: 

The Radiologic Technologist – CT is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans while ensuring patient safety and comfort. This role involves operating imaging equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and collaborating with medical teams to support accurate diagnoses. The technologist must adhere to all radiation safety guidelines and regulatory standards while delivering exceptional patient care. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform CT scans as prescribed by physicians, ensuring high-quality imaging for diagnostic interpretation. 

• Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment, troubleshooting technical issues as needed. 

• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns. 

• Position patients correctly to ensure optimal imaging results while minimizing radiation exposure. 

• Administer contrast media as required, following safety protocols. 

• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation. 

• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to ensure proper exam protocols. 

• Adhere to infection control and radiation safety guidelines to protect patients and staff. 

• Assist in emergency situations requiring immediate imaging support. 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist. 

• Proficiency in operating CT imaging equipment and troubleshooting minor issues. 

• Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and imaging best practices. 

• Excellent communication and patient care skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team. 

Education & Certifications: 

• Valid license as a Radiologic Technologist, Nuclear Medicine Technologist, or Radiation Therapy Technologist issued by the state. 

• Post-primary certification in Computed Tomography (CT) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required. 

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred.
