Mother-Baby Care Registered Nurse
Responsibilities: As a Mother-Baby Care Registered Nurse, you will provide direct care to mothers and their newborns in the immediate post-delivery period. Your role will include monitoring maternal health and newborn assessments, assisting with breastfeeding, offering pain management options, and educating new parents on infant care, including feeding, bathing, and sleep safety. You will work closely with the medical team to address any health concerns and provide ongoing support.
Required Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, knowledge of maternal and newborn health, patient education skills, and compassionate care.
Qualifications: RN, certification in maternal health or postpartum nursing preferred.
