Rehabilitation Care Nurse
Responsibilities: In the role of Rehabilitation Care Nurse, you will deliver nursing care to patients in an acute rehabilitation setting, helping them recover from significant injuries, strokes, or surgeries. You will assist in monitoring patient progress, providing pain management, and supporting physical and occupational therapy. You will also be responsible for tracking patient vital signs, adjusting care plans as necessary, and providing emotional support to patients and their families during their recovery process.
Required Skills: In-depth knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, strong critical thinking skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and a caring, supportive attitude toward patients.
Qualifications: RN with experience in acute rehabilitation nursing or rehabilitation-focused certifications.
