Location: Montour Falls, NY 14865
Contract Duration: 8 Weeks
Pay: $40 - $45 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for an evening shift position. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a safe and comfortable environment. Flexibility to assist with Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) duties as needed is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Assist with wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and vital signs monitoring.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare staff to implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records per facility policies.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families.
• Assist with CNA duties, including hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Ensure compliance with facility protocols and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN/LVN License in New York.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work evening shifts (3 PM – 11 PM), including every other weekend and holiday.
• Strong knowledge of medication administration, patient care, and infection control.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred.
