Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent coursework.
• Three years of experience in medical scribing, preferably in a telehealth setting.
• Strong knowledge of EPIC EMR and medical documentation processes.
• Familiarity with virtual patient encounters and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong medical terminology proficiency.

Duties:

• Document virtual patient encounters and physician notes in EPIC EMR.
• Ensure accuracy in recording patient medical history, diagnoses, and treatments.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance in all electronic communications and documentation.
• Stay current with EPIC EMR updates and best practices in telehealth documentation.
• Support telehealth teams in real-time data entry and record-keeping.
