Clinical Dental Hygienist

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from a Dental Hygiene Program
• Current NYS Dental Hygienist license/registration
• Two years of professional experience in dental hygiene
• CPR/Basic Life Support certification required by time of appointment
• Strong understanding of periodontal therapy and preventive care

Duties:

• Conduct oral assessments and document findings
• Perform scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments, and sealant applications
• Assist in periodontal procedures and administer local anesthesia if certified
• Take, develop, and interpret dental X-rays
• Maintain patient records and provide education on oral health practices
• Ensure all equipment and instruments are sterilized and properly maintained

Pay: $2,000 - $2,500 per week
