Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Federal Senior Solution Architect with expertise in Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) and VMware technologies to support a critical enterprise infrastructure transition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in virtualization, system optimization, and infrastructure maintenance within secure federal environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise virtualization environments.
• Lead the transition of the current HCI environment to modernized infrastructure.
• Provide advanced expertise in VMware ESXi, vSphere, vMotion, OpenShift, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop technical solutions and ensure project success.
• Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of new virtualization technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, vSphere, vMotion, OpenShift, and RHEL.
• Deep understanding of Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) principles and best practices.
• Proven ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise virtualization environments.
• Strong experience working in highly secure federal environments with strict compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with VxRail, VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), and vSAN is a plus.
