Diagnostic Mammography Technologist

Qualifications:

• AAS in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
• NYS license/registration or eligible.
• ARRT in Mammography.
• One year of mammography experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must pass pre-employment health clearance.

Duties:

• Performs routine and diagnostic mammograms as ordered by physicians.
• Educates and prepares patients for imaging procedures.
• Adheres to quality assurance protocols, including ACR and MQSA standards.
• Tracks and documents patient imaging history in the radiology system.
• Ensures proper maintenance and calibration of mammography equipment.
• Assists with breast biopsy procedures as needed.

Pay: Medium weekly pay range: $2,200 - $2,700 per week
