Registered Nurse – Cardiac Recovery Unit Nurse

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with experience in post-procedural cardiac care or step-down ICU.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Experience in hemodynamic monitoring, oxygen therapy, and patient stabilization.

Duties:

• Provide nursing care for patients recovering from cardiac catheterization and interventions.
• Monitor patients for complications such as bleeding, arrhythmias, and chest pain.
• Assist with early ambulation and recovery post-procedure.
• Administer anticoagulants, antiarrhythmics, and pain management medications.
• Educate patients and families on recovery expectations and activity restrictions.
• Work closely with cardiac rehab specialists and discharge planning teams.
• Maintain compliance with cardiac recovery unit protocols and safety standards.

Pay:

• Medium weekly pay range: $2,200 - $2,900
