Pay Rate: $50/hr - $55/hr (Based on Experience)
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our radiology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality mammograms, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining compliance with safety and privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mammography procedures with accuracy to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging.
• Prepare and educate patients on the mammogram procedure, ensuring their comfort.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Ensure the proper functioning of mammography equipment, conducting quality control checks.
• Review and verify patient medical history and information prior to procedures.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and radiologists to provide excellent patient care.
• Follow all radiation safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of procedures, images, and patient details.
• Assist with administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mammography Technologist.
• Proficiency with mammography equipment and imaging techniques.
• Required Certifications:
  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
  • Mammography Certification
  • Radiologic Technologist License
