Description:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in this position will provide compassionate care for residents in a memory care unit. The LPN will be responsible for monitoring and documenting patient conditions, administering medications, and providing assistance with daily activities. This role requires empathy and patience when working with patients experiencing cognitive decline.

Mandatory Skills:

• LPN license in good standing
• Experience in memory care or geriatric care
• Excellent documentation and charting skills
• Ability to work with patients with memory loss, Alzheimer's, or dementia
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Pay:
Total pay: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
