Description:
The IMCU RN Post ICU Care Nurse provides transitional care for patients moving from intensive care to intermediate care. This role involves managing patients on cardiac telemetry, assisting with ventilation, and administering vasoactive drips. The nurse will monitor patients closely, ensuring the continued stabilization of their condition. Experience in ICU, particularly in PICU/IMCU settings, is preferred. This position requires working night shifts, providing high-level care for patients in need of ongoing cardiac and respiratory support.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in ICU or IMCU settings.
• Skilled in cardiac telemetry, ventilator management, and vasoactive drip administration.
• Ability to manage complex cases post-ICU, including ventilator weaning and cardiac stabilization.
• Strong communication and assessment skills to monitor patient recovery.
• Ability to work night shifts with a patient ratio of 1:3 (1:4 if flexed).

Pay:
Medium/High Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
