Description:

The RN Trauma Emergency Room Nurse focuses on providing care to patients with severe injuries or life-threatening conditions. This role includes triaging, stabilizing, and administering critical treatments in high-acuity situations. The nurse will work closely with trauma teams to ensure the rapid assessment and treatment of emergency patients. Weekend shifts and holiday coverage are required as part of the role.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 3 years of trauma care or emergency room experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• TNCC certification preferred.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively in life-threatening situations.
• Excellent team collaboration and critical decision-making skills.
